The third call will open on October 30th 2015 at 00:00 (GMT+1) and will close on March 22nd 2016 at 23:59 (GMT+1)

In SUD-UE third (and last) call for applications the programme has to work hard to comply with all objectives set by the European Commission, funding institution of the programme. This is why this call will be directed towards the achievement of these goals and, in consequence, the different types of mobility are indicated from the beginning. We encourage all interested ones to review the information we provide below to know if there will be grants of his/her interest as well as to discover other important information.

• You are eligible if you are TG1 from Europe
What does TG1 from Europe mean?
– It means that you are a European citizen registered or working at one of the in one of the European Higher Education Institutions, member of the partnership at the time of submitting your application. See our partner list.

• You are eligible if you are TG1 from Latin American NON priority countries
What does TG1 from NON priority country mean?
– It means that you are a national from Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay or Venezuela registered or working at one of the Higher Education Institutions in those countries, member of the partnership at the time of submitting your application. See our partner list.
• You are eligible if you are TG3 from Bolivia, Ecuador, Perú and Paraguay
What does TG3 mean?
– It means that you are a national from Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru or Paraguay on an extremely vulnerable socio-political situation, specifically applicants belonging to indigenous or afro-descendant groups. Moreover, you belong to TG3 if you are on an extremely vulnerable socio-economic situation. Please, remember that TG3 status has to be proven by a valid certificate issued by competent NGOs or national institutions.

Priority countries are Bolivia, Ecuador, Perú and Paraguay (it was established that way by the European Commission at the beginning of the programme)
NON priority countries are Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay and Venezuela.

If you are TG1 from Europe or TG3 from Latin America you will have to do your application ONLINE through SUD-UE website (meter enlace). Please, check documents needed and other requirements in the next link:
If you are from TG1 from Latin America from a NON priority country you will have to get in touch with your SUD-UE coordinator at your home university in order to know the internal pre-selection process. You will need to comply with all SUD-UE requirements, too, so you can start gathering all documents.
